Learn the tricks and techniques of night photography on your smartphone while exploring the beautiful Chinese Lantern Festival at Franklin Square. In this hands-on workshop, students will begin with learning the fundamentals of good picture making, such as composition and working with low light. Students will then have time for hands-on shooting, which will include demonstrations of various photography shooting apps as well as a number of photo editing apps that simulate a wide array of films and photographic processes. Finally, students will learn how to how to share and save their images most effectively.
